Terms of use
The terms for using the nurture. app and connecting your dealership’s systems to it.
Last updated 12 October 2026
About these terms
These terms cover using the nurture. app and connecting a dealership’s inbox, phone line or other systems to it. The app is provided by Nurture Technology Limited (“we”, “us”).
nurture. is provided to businesses under a written agreement. If anything here conflicts with your business’s agreement with us, the agreement wins.
Who can use the app
The app is for staff of businesses that have an agreement with us, using accounts their business has set up. Your business decides who has access and can remove it at any time.
Your account
- keep your sign in details and second sign in step to yourself, and do not share your account;
- tell your manager or us straight away if you think someone else has used it;
- use the app only for your business’s work with its own customers.
Using the app properly
Please do not:
- message people who have asked not to be contacted, or who your business has no right to contact;
- use the app to send anything unlawful, misleading or offensive;
- try to get into data or parts of the app you have not been given access to, or disrupt or copy the service.
Your business’s data
Customer data in the app belongs to your business. We process it only on your business’s instructions and as described in our privacy notice and our agreement with your business.
Connected inboxes and systems
When your business connects an inbox, phone number, diary or other system, it confirms it is allowed to do so. We use the connection only to provide the service, as set out in the privacy notice. Your business can disconnect it at any time, in the app or in Microsoft or Google; after that we stop using it.
The service
We work hard to keep the app available, accurate and secure, and we keep improving it, so features may change. Messages are drafted using AI under rules your business sets, including which messages need a person to approve them first. Service levels and our responsibilities to your business are set out in its agreement with us.
Suspending access
We may suspend an account that puts customers, data or the service at risk, and will tell your business when we do.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: hello@nurturetechnology.co.uk.
